Constructing a tangent to a circle

In this task you are given a circle with centre \(P\) and a point \(X\) outside the circle. Your task is to construct two lines through \(X\) which are tangent to the given circle.

In the diagram below you can see an example of a circle with centre \(O\) and an external point \(A\). The diagram shows two lines through \(A\) which are tangent to the given circle at \(T_1\) and \(T_2\).
